Here's the most common questions for those new to Web Payroll
How do I upgrade from the free account?
Put simply, every account comes with a 30 day free trial. If you cancel on any plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a cent. You can also cancel at anytime in the future, however we don't prorate for partial months usage.
Can I cancel at anytime? How do I do that?
There are no long term contracts with Web Payroll. You can cancel at anytime and will only be billed for the current month - simply email us via our contact form or call us directly on 1300 WEB 123 to cancel your account.
Who owns the data and how safe is it?
You always own your own data, we simply store it for you. Your data is stored across multiple backups in our data centre in Sydney. Each backup is protected by enterprise-class firewalls and data encryption.
I'm an accountant, do you have a reseller program?
Sure, Web Payroll is perfect for accountants and bookkeepers and have a specially designed interface to make handling your customers a breeze.
